This distribution box terminates up to 4 fiber optic cables, offers spaces for splitters and up to 16 fusions, allocates 16 SC adapters and operates in outdoor environments. It provides a cost-effective solution for FTTx networks.

Installation Instructions

Fiber Optical Stripping and Fixing
- Open required holes at box bottom and install seal rings
- Cut seal rings according to cable size and thread cable through
- Adjust cable length, keeping approximately 0.5m extra cable
- Clean cable, cut cable protector around 0.4m, keep armored part at 30mm, fiber at 60mm
- Use insulating tape or heat shrink protector when stripping cable
- Thread fiber through hole, fix with clamp, and tighten screws
Trunk Optical Cable Splice and Route with Pigtail
- Strip fiber and pigtail (1.3m to 1.5m), then apply tube protector
- Open tray and splice fiber
- Place finished fiber into tray
- Secure fiber and pigtail
- Label fiber and record details
